We want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase; if your electronics aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your CANDY HOUSE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and remote controls, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
